Product Details

SKP is a new type of high temperature resistant, salt resistant and calcium resistant fluid loss reducer specially developed by our company for deep wells, ultra deep wells, drilling large salt gypsum layers and other complex wells. The product is made of phenol, formaldehyde, sulfonating agent and other raw materials by multiple polymerization and sulfonation under certain conditions. It is a powdered anionic water-soluble polyelectrolyte. It can effectively improve the quality of mud cake, reduce the friction coefficient of mud cake, and play an important role in consolidating wellbore, preventing collapse and sticking. The recommended dosage is 1-3%, which is suitable for various drilling fluids.

1. The temperature resistance is up to 180 ℃. It has strong stability at this temperature and is not easy to degrade.
